FAQ's
- Is a deposit required to book the apartments?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required. A deposit is only taken if we can confirm your reservation. Any cancellation after the receipt of your deposit will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- When will you require the balance of the total amount of the stay?
The balance is required to be paid in full prior to occupation.
- When are check in/check out times?
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am. Additional costs may be incurred for early check in/late check out.
- Is a bond required?
If you do not have credit card then a bond will be required for the period of your stay. This will be negotiated prior to your stay. The apartment is provided to you in a clean and tidy condition. Under the terms and condition of your stay you agree to return the apartment in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed. You agree to pay for any and all damages, if any, caused by you during your stay and any additional cleaning that may be required.
- Is smoking allowed at the apartments?
The apartments are strictly non smoking. If you smoke or allow others to smoke in the apartment you will be charged the full daily rate after you have vacated up until the apartment and soft furnishings have been professionally cleaned. The cost of such cleaning will also be at your expense. These costs will be charged to your credit card and you will be provided with all documentation relating to the cleaning. Every apartment has a balcony and there are outside areas in which you can smoke. If you do smoke please ensure that all cigarette butts are placed in a container and disposed of before you vacate the property.
- What happens if I lose my key?
If you lose your key or any of the keys given to your are not returned at the conclusion of your stay the this will result in the locks being changed at your expense.
